Using MintlyPay.
These terms cover the MintlyPay website and web app. Wallet connection and marketplace browsing are available. Eligible collectible transactions and prepaid purchases use separate review and confirmation steps in the app. Availability is shown before submission.
These website terms do not replace a cardholder agreement or collectible-sale contract. Product-specific terms, the operating entity and applicable provider responsibilities will be shown before financial services are enabled.
What you can do here.
You can use the spending calculator, connect a compatible wallet to share its public address, and request public Collector Crypt marketplace data. Marketplace listings are not executable offers or a complete inventory. Eligible Core collectible sales and purchases and separate prepaid orders require a compatible wallet, a valid quote and an explicit customer signature. Prepaid account sign-in may create a provider account linked to that wallet.
“View breakdown” shows a calculator result. It does not place an order, authorize a payment or charge a fee.

Calculator results are illustrations, not asset valuations, live quotes, available funds, credit limits or promised outcomes.
The example assumes a marketplace fee of 2% of the sale price and a proposed MintlyPay service fee of 2% of the selected prepaid amount, with a $1 minimum. It assumes USDC converts at par and excludes additional network or provider costs. Proposed fees are not confirmed launch prices.
A real sale would depend on an eligible asset, a willing and funded buyer, successful settlement and applicable marketplace terms. Purchasing a prepaid card would be a separate step, subject to provider acceptance, fees, limits and applicable checks.
Providers and availability.
MintlyPay is integrating Collector Crypt marketplace transactions and Laso prepaid checkout. Provider names do not imply endorsement. Use the app to check current transaction availability and eligibility.
The product focuses on completed collectible sales and nonreloadable prepaid cards. The optional MintlyPay token is live on Solana. Its official mint and links are published in the token documentation. No token value or liquidity is promised. Planned uses of trading-fee revenue include $MINTLYPAY cashback, future development and MintlyPay token buybacks and burns. Allocations and execution rules are not finalized. These plans do not create an entitlement to rewards or a guaranteed return. MintlyPay’s final supported locations, merchant acceptance, identity requirements, refund processes, expiry treatment and customer protections have not been established.
Reloadable cards and borrowing against collectibles are roadmap features marked coming soon. Private slab sends, cashback in Collector Crypt’s $MINTLYPAY funded by planned trading-fee revenue, and iOS and Android apps are also planned. Cashback rates, eligibility and distribution terms have not been established. These features are not currently available. No future feature, launch date or access to a future service is promised.

The content explains MintlyPay and its features. It does not provide individualized financial, legal or tax advice. You should not rely on illustrative amounts when deciding whether to sell an actual collectible.

The mascot, prepaid-card artwork and financial examples are illustrative. The app separately displays live marketplace listing images and metadata from Collector Crypt. Display does not establish MintlyPay eligibility or guarantee availability. Third-party names identify their respective businesses and products; they do not imply sponsorship.

Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or use its branding or screenshots to claim that a financial account, card or provider partnership exists. Do not submit private keys, recovery phrases, identity documents or payment credentials to anyone claiming MintlyPay needs them.
The site and its examples may change or become unavailable as the product develops. These terms do not seek to exclude any rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy and questions.
The privacy notice describes the website’s calculator data, appearance and animation preferences, marketplace reads, ordinary server requests and external links.
For product questions, support or a privacy request, send a direct message to @mintlypay on X. The link opens our official profile, where you can choose Message. Do not send card numbers, security codes, identity documents or wallet recovery information in a DM. The operating legal entity must be identified before accounts or financial services launch.
Any live financial service will need separate final terms explaining the actual product, provider responsibilities, fees, customer protections, complaints and applicable eligibility requirements.
